Precision Tune-up
A thorough cleaning and inspection* to keep your forced air comfort system running safely and efficiently. We provide you with a detailed Inspection Sheet and review it with you. We want you to understand your system and what we do to help you maintain it.
Tune-ups include:

- Ignition System checks and cleaning
- Blower System checks and cleaning
- Control System checks
- Efficiency System checks and cleaning

Comfort Guy Card Good Maintenance Program
After your first Tune-up join our good maintenance program by scheduling your annual tune-ups no more than 13 months apart.
Good Maintenance Program benefits:

☼ One Free Service call during regular business hours within 1 year of Tune-up
☼ Free Standard Filters for 1 year/6 filters

Evaporative Cooler Shut Down (Winter-ize)
Services* to help prevent your cooler from or it’s components from freezing during the chill of winter. We provide you with a detailed Inspection Sheet and review it with you. We want you to understand your system and what we do to help you maintain it. Shut downs include:
☼ Reservoir cleaning
☼ Non-Corrosive coating check
☼ Disconnect water line
☼ Drain water line and unit
☼ Shut off circuit breaker/disconnect from power
☼ Cover (customer supplied)
Evaporative Tune-up (Summer-ize)

Evaporative Comfort Guy Card
In addition to the evaporative tune-up (Summer-ize) in the spring and the shut down (Winter-ize) in the fall, you receive the following benefits:

☼ Free estimates on Comfort Guy system installations

Because the Comfort Guy Card entails a very high level of customer service we limit the number of these agreements to 150 annually.
